Many of our borrowers cannot get conventional financing because they cannot prove their income, or they have had recent financial difficulties. You do not need good credit to be approved by our lenders. In fact, many times our borrowers simply have bad credit or no credit.
We think that if you need money, and you have equity in your house, you should have access to it!
